TRAINING SUGGESTIONS FOR THIS PRODUCT
To develop proper aim/release techniques, two trainees stand approximately 45
meters (150') from one another. Suspend buoyant ball by placing lanyard's barrel
knot between thumb and index finger of your throwing hand. Place throwing arm's
elbow against your side with forearm level. Rotate wrist and swing ball at side in a
circular arc. Attract attention of receiver by shouting "heads up". Swing arc so
path of ball rotates in direction of throw. With opposite throwing-side foot, step
forward into throw as you release ball at bottom of arc. A properly released ball
travels at a 30 to 45 degree angle from horizontal. Your goal is to safely place a
thrown ball in-line with your target, landing well beyond.
