adjustable 1-1/2" wide web shoulder strap. In use, swimmer removes and dons
harness while carrying bag to waters edge. Line puller or tender carries bag
horizontally by shoulder strap. Both hands free to remove and tend swimmer's line
as needed. To add more line, tether rope's terminal end disconnects from bag.
