Speed quickly to the scene of your next ice rescue incident atop the most
compact, lightweight ice extrication device currently being made. This buoyant,
double-ended retrieval platform has been specifically designed for rapid intervention
during the most common winter ice conditions (early winter, new ice and late winter,
soft ice). Its time-tested, proven, quick response-speed is due to a unique tunnel
hull with two-tiered double runners that minimize hull friction. It features an
easy grab, soft edge protection and a nonskid contour deck. Upon scene arrival,
sled is presented to active victim as a self-rescue reaching device. If passive, the
victim is stabilized with attached sling and sled is placed under victim while still in
the water. During extrication, device shields patient's torso while providing positive
buoyancy. Upon arrival at shore, sled doubles as a backboard. Color brochure
